Booking and payment
When booking a stay, this must be paid within 5 banking days, booking is not valid until the payment is completed. Prices include VAT, final cleaning, and electricity.

Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to check-in.
Guests booking less than 30 days before check-in can receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. Thereafter, 50% will be refunded up to seven days before check-in. Then there is no refund.

Worth knowing before booking
There is a relatively steep staircase up to the house from the car park
There is a parking space belonging to the house and it is also possible to park on the street without any problems
The house has two floors with a metal staircase leading to the 1st floor, without child safety fence.
There are also no fences around the pool and both in the courtyard and inside there are concrete floors. In the alcove on the 1st floor, the window by the bed can be opened completely, none of the windows have child safety locks.

Pets are not allowed
No smoking inside the house

The holiday home may not be inhabited by more people than the number listed. At the conclusion of the rental agreement, the tenant declares that he or she has reached the age of 18 and that he or she is of legal age.

When booking a stay in our container casa, you will receive a manual with the most common information by email. Here you will find general rules for houses, instructions in the use of the equipment etc. It is of course important that all guidelines described in the manual are complied. The manual will also be in the house upon arrival.

Upon arrival
Upon arrival at the house, the tenant is asked to check if everything is as it should be. If there are deficiencies, it is advisable to inform about this immediately. This gives us the opportunity to rectify it as soon as possible.
In most cases, we will be able to quickly rectify the deficiency, unless it is of a more technical nature and expert help must be called upon. However, we always strive to rectify deficiencies within a reasonable time.

On departure
Upon departure, please leave the holiday home as it is desired that the customer takes it over himself. This means that the house is tidy, things are put back in their place and rubbish is removed. Regular cleaning, eg washing up after using the kitchen is required on departure. The final final cleaning is done by an external cleaning company after each holiday stay. This is to maintain certain standards and ensure that the accommodation is ready for new holidaymakers.

When making a purchase at our webshop you accept the following Terms and conditions.

Shipping & Delivery Information
All packages are delivered with DAO or GLS. Orders will be shipped within 2-5 working days, except customized orders of course. If you have a special request in regard to delivery date, please send us an email at: mail@bycjewellery.dk

We ship from our workshop in Spain. Most international orders are usually delivered within 7 working days from the shipment date.
In case the package or the content has been damaged during shipping please report it to the shipping company immediately. Please send us an email to keep us informed at: mail@bycjewellery.dk

Shipping costs
EU: 70 DKK / 10 €
Rest of Europe: 150 DKK / 20 €
Other Countries: Please send us an email in case you are located somewhere outside of Europe.

Returns & Refunds
Our return policy lasts 14 days and thus, purchased items should be shipped to the return address within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item and the jewellery box must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation with the returned item. We recommend that you send the item back in a packaging similar to the one you received your item in. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
We will credit your account/credit card when we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control. Refunds for returned products will be processed as quickly as possible after the return has been accepted. Please note that the money transfer may take several days. Remember to email us your bank account information including registration and account number for Danish cards and Iban, BIC/ Swift and account number for foreign cards. We only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order – this is to prevent fraud!
BY C Jewellery cannot be held responsible or compensate for packages lost in the return shipping. Remember to keep your postage receipt. Please note you are responsible for the return expenses.

In case you would like to claim your warranty or have not received a delivery please send us an email at: mail@bycjewellery.dk. All products are covered by The Danish Sale of Goods. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies within with 2 years warranty after purchase. Please note your right to complain is renounced if the defects are because of negligent use, lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear (read “Product Care”). In case of an accepted warranty, we will compensate you the shipping expenses. Remember to save the receipt for the shipping expense so we can refund it. Please note we will not cover your expenses if you send the package by cash on delivery (COD).

Prices & Taxes
All gold prices are subject to final confirmation on customized orders. BY C Jewellery reserves its rights in relation to typing errors, pricing errors, price increases, force majeure, sold out/deleted articles and delivery failure from our shop. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including the Danish rate of VAT (25%). In case your order is placed outside the EU you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. BY C Jewellery is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The shipping company will contact you in case there are extra charges or requires customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please notice that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

Payment & Currencies

Prices in our webshop can be changed on a daily basis. The checkout currency is euro. BY C Jewellery is not responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates that any bank may have when exchanging the checkout currency to another currency.
